We want you to feel confident shopping with Élan. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Include all original tags

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Hygiene Notice
For hygiene reasons, returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free from stains, perfume, deodorant or other signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, simply email our customer support team at support@elanlabel.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

  • Photos (if your item is damaged, defective or incorrect)

Once your request has been reviewed, we'll provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless your item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Élan cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refunds

After your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or, where appropriate, a full refund.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items.

If your replacement cannot be provided, you'll receive a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Our orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
